Yeah JR!

After another epic 3-15 shooting night, JR Smith decided to join club VIP Rihanna up in da club.  Questionable behavior during the playoffs, but the boys here at da club encourage players to go get what's theirs.  Did JR in fact give Rihanna the pipe?  Are JR and Chris Brown preparing diss tracks?  Sources working to find out.  Stay posted.

Edit!  JR GOD DAMNIT!

All You Need to Know

BronBron puts the nail in the coffin of a 16-point comeback over the Knicks in MSG, making it 14 wins on the trot for the defending champs.  James posted a 29-11-7-3 line, with 12 points in the fourth quarter.  Also guarded Melo for the second half, holding him to 8 points on 3-11 shooting, and put up a huge block on Tyson Chandler.  Not much else you can say about the presumptive MVP.

Sad State of Affairs

Allen Iverson has really been having a rough go recently.  First, he gets divorced, where the judge took the oppotunity to remind AI that he is an alcoholic and a terrible parent.  Next up?  His mansion just got foreclosed on.  Also, he has refused to look into the D-League, so his chances at lacing up for an NBA team ever again are pretty much zero.  Just a sad story all around.  Back in the day, there was literally nothing cooler in the world to me than AI.  Really sucks to see him down and out like this.  I'd like to say I see him turning things around, but I can't begin to think of how that will happen.  Hopefully he can swallow some of that pride and get his life together.  We'll always have LA...

JR go BOOM

The Spurs came to town and got thrashed by the Knickerbockers.  Probably had something to do with the Spurs playing their 4th in 5 nights, but credit to the Knicks for putting them down after some lackluster performances lately.  JR has been going HAMM all year, and is no stranger to sick reverse jams.  Looks like that commitment to not partying and getting as many tattoos as possible is paying off.

Also, I know I'm a day late, but I'd be remiss to not mention this action from two nights ago:

Blake played one of the worst games of his career, Clips lose their second straight after going 17-0, and he nails the side of the backboard from the supposed easiest shot in basketball. All really shitty things to be sure.  But nothing compares to Golden State's bench mocking him.  I could watch that all day long.  For how much fake tough guy mean-mugging Blake does, it's good to see him get some comeuppance.

Also, GS is a fun team to watch and Steph Curry has a purrrrty jump shot. Random fact from Chris Palmer: First 200 games: Steph Curry 447 threes, 44%; Ray Allen 310, 37%
